At Greek Market, we strive to ensure your Mediterranean delicacies arrive in perfect condition; however, due to the perishable nature of food, we can only accept returns on shelf-stable items or damaged goods within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order if there are issues with perishable items or damaged packaging.

  Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping label to help us process your claim quickly.

  Package Your Return

  For non-perishable items, ensure the product is unopened and in its original packaging before shipping it back to our warehouse.

  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
